Meet The Founder

Sha’vee Monae, also known as Shae, is the founder of The Well Experience Collective. She has a deep passion for seeing people experience true healing in Christ. Her desire is rooted in both her personal journey and her years of walking alongside human trafficking survivors, foster care youth, and traumatized individuals, supporting their restoration and growth.

Having experienced God’s healing in her own life and still actively walking it out, Shae understands that healing is not a one-time moment, but an intentional process. It requires seeking God, doing the work, and being rooted in a healthy, faith-filled community

She believes healing was never meant to be done alone. When she lacked community, she prayed and God answered. When she needed strength, she went to the well and Jesus met her there. Through The Well Experience Collective, her heart is to create spaces where people can encounter Jesus, experience deep soul healing, and be transformed, drawing from the true source of living water and walking in wholeness, purpose, and freedom together.
